“What is my favorite part of being an elopement photographer? Simply because it’s couples like Taylor & Owens and the connection I form with them. How incredible is it that you get to be the only witness to a couple celebrating their love but also have the honor to capture the images that will record this moment forever. This young couple from the United States decided to elope in the Greek Islands and it’s hard to imagine a more iconic place than Santorini. Taylor & Owens had such a connection, genuine nature and love just surrounded them that documenting their story was short of magic.
Each image captured was made with love. Because we were in Imerovigli and away from the hustle and bustle of Oia, everything was so easygoing, quiet and peaceful. It was almost surreal that we often had the entire place to ourselves as it created the perfect setting for an elopement. Taylor and Owens didn’t have any guests and kept minimal decor because they wanted to just focus on themselves. on a breathtaking terrace, they spoke from their hearts and exchanged their vows. After we ventured off the beaten path and they just had the sweetest time together. Being around them was so infectious of laughter as each moment was so pure I couldn’t help but soak up each moment with my camera.”
