Rustic Hipster Romance at Private Villa
This couple wanted their wedding to happen exactly as they have dreamed it would be, romantic and secluded. The bride had an exact vision of how their wedding would look. Blush pink colors with, hundreds of candles and thousands of roses everywhere.
From WBS:
Anastasia and Denis booked a private villa, The Marble Resorts in Evia for themselves and their guests for accommodation. The perfect private venue for the celebration after the ceremony.
Their religious ceremony, conducted by a Greek priest happened in a small secluded church on the hills of Ag. Minas. Their wish was to have a religious ceremony in the smallest most remote church in the area, decorated with floral arrangements and rose petals. The main theme was rustic romance with a hint of hipster spirit. The church was small but just big enough for the 17 people. As by the Greek religious tradition there were the 2 big rustically decorated candles on each side of the altar. Ceremony table with koufetes (sugar coated almonds), stefania (simple crowns for bride and groom) and red wine. After the ceremony, they all gathered outside the church, where they celebrated with a glass of pink champagne.
The bride wore a simple and gentle white dress with a long veil. While the groom had a dark blue suit with a beige rustic tie to match. All Groomsmen had a hipster look with a hat, blue pants and suspenders, accompanied with Go Pros for documentation. Bridesmaids, in style with the theme, wore blush pink color dresses and special handmade bouquets to match. Unique part of this wedding, were grooms boutonniere, bride’s and bridesmaid’s handmade bouquets from polymer clay.
At the villa:
The villa was decorated with thousands of roses and peonies all in the shades of blush pink and white. They were accompanied by hundreds of candles in glass vases of all sizes. On the tables, as well as around the pool. Round tables were forming a shape of a heart. Each table had a floral centerpiece surrounded by candles in lace jars placed on slices of wood. In front of pates ware handmade name cards with crock holders, designer favor boxes with “koufetes”. Special handmade cutlery pouches from burlap, were placed on top of napkins on the center of the plate. The whole venue had a rustic-romance vibe, with the bespoke and handmade photo-booth with picture frame and props.
After the church ceremony, everyone returned to the villa where GTouch catering specialists served the gourmet dinner freshly cooked on the spot just for this event. The coupe wanted a bit of everything all top quality ingredients for their dinner. The menu was elaborate, from seafood like lobster pasta, to black Angus beef steaks with special signature sauces and volcano smoked sea salt flakes from Santorini and many more. The food was perfect choice to incorporate Greek flavors with high-end cuisine.
The Party:
After the dinner, sky and sea illuminated with private firework display by Nanos Fireworks, designed just for the lucky couple. Everyone gathered on the roof terrace of the villa, where catering took care of the guests with snacks and champagne.
Close to midnight, the couple cut the delicious cake, made by Donna’s Sweets, which also prepared the amazing candy bar. The whole candy bar was in blush pink colors with cupcakes, cake pops, mini personal cakes, macaroon tree and many other sweets and deserts, where the star of it all was a delicious special wedding cake. What was special about this candy bar, is that all sweets were handmade by original American recopies.
The couple sealed the day with a first dance at midnight and started the party which continued into the night.
